Tea Smoked Chicken

Smoking Mixture

  • ½ cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons lychee tea
  • ½ teaspoon coriander
  • ½ teaspoon cardamom
  • 1 cup rice

In a wok place smoking mixture on a layer of tinfoil

Place wok on stove and turn heat onto high

Allow smoking mixture to smolder

Place chicken onto rack and cover wok with a large bowl

Turn heat to low and allow to smoke for 3 – 5 minutes

Turn heat off and remove chicken

Wait till smoking mixture has cooled completely before discarding
